U.S. Bank Access® Online is a proprietary payment management system which gives your program administrators the security, functionality, reliability and convenience they need to manage and report on all of your card programs with a single tool.
U.S. Bank continuously invests in Access Online to ensure that it leads its class in usability and functionality. We care about our users’ experience, and we’re committed to making their everyday work tasks easier. As part of this commitment, we use feedback from Access Online users to introduce functionality and experience improvements as part of our regular tech releases.
Based on this feedback, we’ve worked to create a more user-friendly experience, providing administrators with a consistent experience across all devices, and increasing overall efficiency.
We’re improving Access Online in two ways: functionality enhancements and interface improvements. This means that users will be able to complete more tasks in less time, through a more intuitive design.
Some of the recent enhancements include:
- Program Administrator functionality in the mobile app. Administrators can complete urgent tasks while on the go. With a few taps, see critical account information, view transaction declines and modify credit limits, single purchase limits and the account status.
- The addition of more than 25 different account alerts. Cardholders can be notified by SMS text and email if a transaction is processed over a certain amount or declined, if personal information is updated, if a card is requested, etc. Administrators can mass enroll cardholder emails in account and fraud alerts to ensure their cardholders receive these critical alerts.
- The introduction of Account Pay. Account Pay is a new online payment platform that enables faster cardholder payments.
- Tokenization for mobile payments. Tokenization facilitates mobile payment solutions such as Apple Pay®, Google Pay™, Samsung Pay, Fitbit Pay™ and Garmin Pay™. U.S. Bank was the first to provide this convenient and safe payment method to our commercial cardholders and it’s currently available for US and Canadian cardholders on both the Visa® and Mastercard® networks.
