U.S. Bank Voyager Fleet Commander® Online Report Instructions

The information below will highlight:

How to retrieve electronic reports

If you receive the paper Account Summary Report:

  • Go to the Billing tab in Fleet Commander® Online.
  • Select the statement for the billing period in question under the View Statements column.
  • Click the View button.

If you receive the paper Invoice Report:

  • Go to the Reporting tab, then click the Invoice Report link under the Billing Reports header.
  • You can run a report to correspond with a particular billing cycle by:
    • Choosing the Account or Organization.
    • Selecting the radio button to the left of the “Posted during billing cycle”.
    • Choosing the billing cycle.

If you receive the paper Driver Report:

  • Go to the Reporting tab, then click the Transactions by Driver Report link under the Transactions Reports header.
  • You can run a report to correspond with a particular billing cycle by:
    • Choosing the Account or Organization.
    • Selecting the radio button to the left of the “Posted during billing cycle”.
    • Choosing the billing cycle.

If you receive the paper Vehicle Report:

  • Go to the Reporting tab, then click the Transactions by Vehicle Report link under the Transactions Reports header.
  • You can run a report to correspond with a particular billing cycle by:
    • Choosing the Account or Organization.
    • Selecting the radio button to the left of the “Posted during billing cycle”.
    • Choosing the billing cycle.

If you receive the paper Exception Report:

  • Go to the Reporting tab, then click the Transaction Exception Report link under the Exception Reports header.
  • You can run a report to correspond with a particular billing cycle by:
    • Choosing the Account or Organization.
    • Selecting the radio button to the left of the “Posted during billing cycle”.
    • Choosing the billing cycle.

Saving and Scheduling Fleet Commander Online Reports
Once you have set up a report parameter the way you want, you can save and schedule the report to run at the time interval of your choosing by clicking the Save/Schedule button on the Create screen for that report. Keep in mind, if you want the report to run monthly for the previous billing cycle, choose “Last” in the Posted during Billing Cycle dropdown. Next, complete the selections on the My Reports page:

  • Choose Save/Schedule on the Report screen and click the Save Report button.
  • In the future, when the report runs it can be retrieved by clicking the View Scheduled Report Outputs link on the Home Page or the Reporting Home Page.

Fleet Commander® Online Access
If you do not have access to Fleet Commander® Online, you can self-register for access by going to fleetcommanderonline.com and clicking the Register on-line today! Link under the New User header and completing the self-registration steps.

If you have Fleet Commander® Online access, but do not see these reports when you are in the Fleet Commander® Online system and you need them, you can request access from an admin in your organization. You may also request this access by calling customer service at the number shown on the Contact Us page in Fleet Commander® Online. Note: The customer service representative will have to receive approval from the Point of Contact on file for the account before completing the request.

Fleet Commander® Online web-based training
Web-based training is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the Online Training link in Fleet Commander® Online. Choose to learn from eLearning lessons or user guides. Information is provided for fleet managers, drivers and report managers.
