Fleet Commander™ Online gives a full range of reports that help organizations analyze vital fleet data to support program management and vendor relationships. The reports in Fleet Commander™ Online are logically organized enabling users to easily access the data they need.
Inventory Reports
This series of reports includes detailed individual card, vehicle and driver profiles with complete listings of each.
Transaction Reports
Organizations can create customized transaction reconciliation and vehicle management reports that include user-specified data elements. Examples include: Transaction Detail and Real Time Authorization Activity by card, driver or vehicle
Management Reports
Management reports help fleet administrators spot misuse and evaluate transaction trends. Examples include: Top Dollars by Merchant, Cards with High Gallons and Vehicle Cost Analysis.
Exception Reports
Exception reports highlight card use that falls outside of an organization’s parameters. Fleet administrators can quickly identify and address potential employee misuse. Examples include: Percent of Limit and Transaction Exception
User Activity Reports
Fleet administrators can view changes to cards, drivers, vehicles and purchase orders. Examples include: User Activity by Account or Organization and User Activity by Asset (e.g., card, vehicle, driver, purchase order)
