Fleet Card Partnership Program

Grow Your Business; Become our Partner
The U.S. Bank Co-brand Fleet Card program combines the power of U.S. Bank’s fleet management technology and the Voyager® acceptance network with the strength of your local brand market presence.

For over 15 years, U.S. Bank has offered prospective partners the opportunity to grow their business by becoming either a Channel or a Referral co-brand partner. Both partner programs offer a viable business expansion opportunity with minimal infrastructure costs. Compare both programs today to find the one that best meets the needs of your organization.

Why Should You Become a U.S. Bank Fleet Card Partner?
U.S. Bank understands the fueling space and we are the only provider that offers a fleet card originally created by an oil company processor network. We have been in the fleet card industry for over 20 years and our fleet card program is 2nd largest issued in the U.S. with over 1.8 million Voyager network cardholders1.

The U.S. Bank Fleet Card Program combines the benefits of a proprietary oil company fuel card with the convenience, control and acceptance of a universal fleet card. Our program spend controls, advanced processing systems, and acceptance network with over 230,000 fuel and maintenance locations delivers superior value to your clients.

Expand Your Marketplace to Improve Your Bottom Line
With either Fleet Card Partnership Program; drivers can use their cards at more locations resulting in an average partner income increase of 20% to 30%.2 Beyond increased return on investment, you gain convenience, time and cost savings of the largest acceptance network in the U.S. Our partner programs do not charge card fees, recurring or report fees saving you additional money.

Your drivers will instantly benefit from:

U.S. Bank Fleet Channel Partner Program
The U.S. Bank Channel Partner Program is ideal for petroleum marketers who want to quickly expand their acceptance footprint while retaining full ownership of their client relationships. This allows partners to generate additional income (rebates) on all related fleet purchases, whether made at a partner’s location or at another location that accepts a U.S. Bank Fleet Card.

The Channel Partner Program expands a partner’s market presence by providing access to the Voyager network using a co-branded card bearing a partner’s logo and/or design. The Channel Partner bears primary ownership of:

  • Financial responsibility for all purchases transacted on the cards they issue to their fleets and customers, with the exception of fraud
  • Entire client relationship from credit approval, invoicing, payment processing, collections and write-offs

U.S. Bank Fleet Referral Program
If you are looking for a way to expand your market, but want to minimize resources to support an expanded card program, a Referral Partnership may be an answer for your business. The Referral Co-Brand Program partners also gain growth opportunities through access to the Voyager network with a co-branded card bearing the partner’s logo and/or design. However, with the Referral Co-Brand Program, U.S. Bank maintains control of the associated functions of the card including:

  • Invoice production
  • Payment processing
  • Account delinquency reviews
  • Past due account
  • Bad debt assumption for approved accounts
  • Reporting technology
  • Card issuance
  • Cardholder customer support
